Okay, so IVX stands for "Inhumans vs. X-Men" and it's a big comic book event where the Inhumans and the X-Men fight each other.
The Inhumans are a group of people who have special powers because of a substance called Terrigen. The X-Men are another group of people who also have special powers, but they got them from being born with a special gene.
The problem is, the Terrigen that gives the Inhumans their powers is also really bad for the X-Men. It can make them sick and even kill them. So, the X-Men are trying to destroy all the Terrigen so that they can protect themselves and other mutants.
But the Inhumans don't want their powers taken away, so they're fighting back. It's a big conflict and lots of heroes and villains from both sides get involved.
In the end, there's a big battle and some major changes happen to both groups. But I don't want to spoil the whole thing for you!
