ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Ignorance management

Ignorance management is a way of dealing with the fact that no one can know everything. Ignorance management is when you figure out what you don't know, and then work to make sure that it won't be a problem. This could be as simple as finding out the answers to questions you have, or as complicated as coming up with strategies to make sure you're always learning and growing in your field or work. That way, you can be sure that you don't make any mistakes because of something you didn't know.
