ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Inclusive growth

Inclusive growth means that everyone in a community or country should have the opportunity to benefit from economic growth (when things get better, like when more people get jobs and there is more money), not just a few rich people. It's like having a big cake and making sure everyone gets a slice, not just a few people who already have a lot. It's very important because when people feel like they are part of the economic growth it helps them to feel more connected to their community and country, they are more likely to invest in their own future, and they are more likely to help others. It's like when you share your toys with your friends, everyone is happier and having fun together!
