Incubus

An incubus is a type of mythical creature that people used to believe in, kind of like a monster. It was said to be a male demon or spirit that would come and visit people, usually at night.

The scary thing about an incubus is that it would visit people when they were sleeping, and then it would do things to them that they didn't want it to do. Some people believed that the incubus would have sex with people in their sleep, which was obviously really scary and not okay at all.

Nowadays, most people don't believe in incubuses. But back in the day, people used to be really afraid of them and some even thought that they were real. People would often tell scary stories about incubuses to try to scare their friends and family, but thankfully we now know that they aren't really something to be afraid of.
