Krampus is a creature from European folklore who is said to punish naughty children at Christmas time. He's usually depicted as a devil-like creature, often with horns, hooves, a long tongue, and a fur coat. He carries a switch in one hand and a basket on his back. The switch is to beat naughty children and the basket is to put them in and take them away. But he can also reward good children with treats like candy and chocolate!
