Industrial deconcentration

Okay kiddo, imagine a town with lots of big factories. Each factory has lots of workers and machines making things like cars and toys. But then, some of the factories start to move away to different parts of the country or even overseas. This is called industrial deconcentration.

It happens because the costs of running these big factories in one town can get really high. The factories need lots of land, electricity, and water to keep running. And the workers need homes and schools nearby. So, sometimes it makes sense to move some factories to other places where these things are cheaper and easier to find.

Now, when some factories leave, it can be sad for the people who worked there and for the town that relied on them. But it's not all bad news. Sometimes, other types of businesses move in, like restaurants or stores. And the people who live there might prefer having a mix of businesses instead of just factories.

So, industrial deconcentration is when big factories start to move away from one town to other places where it's cheaper and easier to run them. It can be good or bad, but it's just a part of how businesses work!
