Inline twist

Okay kiddo, an inline twist is when you take something long and twist it around. It's kind of like when you twist a long balloon to make a dog or a sword.

When we talk about an inline twist in sports or exercise, we usually mean twisting something like a rope or a tube. Imagine you have a long rope, and you want to twist it so that one end is pointing in a different direction than the other end. That's an inline twist!

When you're doing exercises that involve an inline twist, you're usually twisting your body around in a similar way. It's a great way to work out your core muscles and improve your balance.

So, to sum it up, an inline twist is when you twist something long and skinny around, and in sports and exercise, it usually involves twisting your body around too.
