ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Inter-Active Terminology for Europe

Do you know what Europe is? It's a big area made up of lots of different countries like France, Germany, and Italy. And do you know what terminology is? It's like the special words that people use to talk about a certain thing.

So, when people want to talk about Europe, they use special words that help them explain things more easily. These special words are called inter-active terminology. It's like a big list of words that people use so they can understand each other better when they talk about Europe.

For example, if someone says "EU", they mean the European Union, which is a group of countries in Europe that work together on things like making rules and trading with each other. Or if someone says "Schengen Area", they mean a place where people can travel freely without needing to show their passport at each border.

These special words may be a bit hard to understand at first, but once you know them, it makes talking about Europe much easier!
