International Labour Organization

The International Labour Organization (ILO) is an organization that helps people around the world to work in safe and fair conditions. They work with governments, employers and workers groups to help make sure that everyone can work in a safe and healthy environment, get paid fairly, and have their rights respected. The organization helps create laws and policies that protect people from being taken advantage of. They also give advice and help pass new laws to protect people from things like unsafe working conditions, unfair wages, and discrimination. They also monitor other countries to make sure everyone is being treated fairly.
