International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing

International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) is an organization that helps people learn about and use map-making technologies like photogrammetry and remote sensing. Photogrammetry is the science of making 3D maps from photos taken from a plane or a drone. Remote sensing is the use of satellites and drones to measure properties of the Earth's surface. ISPRS helps scientists, researchers, and students learn about these technologies and how to use them to solve environmental and other problems. ISPRS also works with governments and policy makers to help them make informed decisions and better understand how to use these technologies.
