Interspirituality is when different spiritual or religious beliefs are accepted, respected and understood. It means that everyone's ideas and beliefs can be respected and valued even if they are different from yours. Different spiritual and religious traditions are seen as complementary and not as opposites. This can create a greater understanding and connection between people who have different beliefs. It helps us to see how similar we all are instead of focusing on our differences.
