Iskrambol is a yummy Filipino street food that you can find in the Philippines. It's kind of like a slushie, but instead of being made with just ice and flavoring, it's made with shaved ice that's mixed with a sweet syrup usually made from fruit or milk.
To make iskrambol, the person selling it will take a big block of ice and use a special machine called an ice shaver to shave thin pieces of ice off of it. Then they'll put the pieces of ice in a plastic cup with the sweet syrup and mix it all together.
After it's mixed, they'll put a skewer or stick in the cup and freeze it so the iskrambol becomes like a block of ice on a stick. Once it's frozen, you can eat it by holding onto the stick and licking or biting the frozen, sweet ice.
It's a really refreshing and tasty treat, especially on a hot day!
