Issues in Science and Religion

Issues in science and religion are disagreements between some people who believe in science and some people who believe in religion. Science is the study of natural things like plants, animals, and the Earth. Religion is a belief in ideas that cannot be seen or proven, like an invisible spirit or God. Sometimes people from both sides have different ideas about something, so they argue and disagree. For example, some people who believe in science say that the Earth is billions of years old, but some people who believe in religion think that Earth is only thousands of years old.
