Japan and weapons of mass destruction

Japan has promised not to use or develop any weapons of mass destruction. Weapons of mass destruction are anything that can be used to cause a lot of death or destruction. Examples of these weapons include nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, and biological weapons. Japan has made this promise to stay safe and protect its people from harm.
