Journal of Occupational Health Psychology

Journal of Occupational Health Psychology (JOHP) is a type of scientific journal that focuses on how people feel and think in their workplace. It looks at how the environment at work affects how a person feels and behaves. For example, if people are stressed out at work, JOHP might look into what causes the stress and how to relieve stress in the workplace. It also looks into how a person's job performance is impacted by their physical or mental health. Basically, JOHP helps people understand how the workplace can affect their wellbeing and how to make it better.
