Juvenile court

Juvenile Court is like a special court just for kids who break the rules. When a kid does something they shouldn't, like stealing or not going to school, they might have to go to court. But, unlike grown-ups who go to regular court, kids go to a special kind of court that's made just for them. The rules in Juvenile Court are different than in regular court because the judge and the other people there know that kids make mistakes sometimes and need help to learn and grow.

In Juvenile Court, everyone is trying to help the kid. The judge listens to what happened, and then they make a decision about what's the best way to help the kid learn and not do that thing again. Sometimes, the kid might have to do community service, like picking up trash, or they might have to go to classes to learn how to make better choices.

The most important thing to remember is that Juvenile Court is not there to punish kids, but to help them become better people. The people in Juvenile Court want to make sure that the kid learns from their mistakes and doesn't make the same mistake again.
