Kāyagatāsati sutta is a Buddhist teaching. It tells us to be mindful of our body, to look after it and be aware of it. To do this we need to be aware of how it feels in different situations and be mindful of how it moves, how it looks and how it feels. We also need to learn how to concentrate on the body and be aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting distracted by them. This way we can keep our minds calm and relaxed.
