Kalibangan

Kalibangan is a really old place in India, where people used to live a long, long time ago.

When we say a "long time ago," we mean around 4500 years ago! That's even before your grandpa and grandma were born. Imagine how long ago that is!

Now, in Kalibangan, people used to have houses made out of clay and mud. They also had huge walls around their homes to keep animals out. They used to do farming and grow their food, and they used tools made out of stones and bones to do the work.

Kalibangan was a very important place because people who lived there used to trade with other places. They would get things like cotton and spices and give things like pottery and jewelry in return.

Today, we can still see the remains of Kalibangan. Archaeologists have dug up many things from the ground, such as pots and pans and bones of animals. It's really cool to see these things and imagine how people used to live a long time ago!
