ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Kangourou wagon

Dear kiddo, imagine a big truck or container that is used to carry things from one place to another. Similar to that, a kangourou wagon is a special type of container that can be attached to a train. It's called a kangaroo wagon because it jumps like a kangaroo while traveling on the railway tracks.

So, when we need to transport things like cars, trucks, or even food items across very long distances, we use trains. Now, imagine there are so many things to be transported, but the train has limited space. That's where the kangourou wagon comes in handy.

It is like a big box with wheels that can be attached to a train. It has a ramp on one end that can be lowered down so that things can be easily driven in and out. For example, a car can be driven onto the wagon, and the ramp can be raised, securing the car in the wagon.

Similarly, the wagon can be detached at the required destination and unloaded. It saves a lot of time and effort and makes the transportation of heavy goods much easier.

Overall, a kangourou wagon is like a big box on wheels that can carry lots of things and is attached to a train to transport them to different places.
