Kitchen stove

A kitchen stove is a piece of furniture that you use to make yummy food. It gets very hot and you have to be careful not to touch it. People usually put pots and pans on top of the stove to heat up the food inside. There are usually four pieces on top of the stove that get hot so you can cook more than one thing at the same time. Some stoves also have an oven at the bottom where you can bake delicious cakes, cookies or roast chicken. The stove works when you plug it in and you turn on the knobs. One knob controls how high the heat is and another knob determines which piece gets heated up. If you want to make food, you have to make sure you have all the ingredients and then put the pots and pans on top of the stove to cook them. Always make sure you have grown-ups around to help you use the stove so you don't get burned.
