Kulcha

Kulcha is a type of flatbread made from flour, water, and yeast or baking powder. It is a popular food in India, especially in the northern part of the country.

When the dough is made, it is left to rest for a few hours. Then it is rolled into flat discs and placed in a tandoor (a special type of oven). The tandoor is heated with firewood or charcoal, and the kulchas are cooked on its sides until they become fluffy and crispy.

Kulcha can be served plain or stuffed with potatoes, paneer (a type of cheese), onions, or other fillings. It is usually enjoyed with a side of chana masala (a spicy chickpea curry), raita (a yogurt-based sauce), or pickles.

Kulcha is a delicious and filling food that is enjoyed by many people in India. It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it is a favorite street food snack.
