Labor aristocracy

Imagine you and your friends are playing a game where you pretend to work at different jobs like doctors, teachers, and builders. Some of the people in the game have really fancy outfits and pretend to have lots of money, while others have simpler outfits and pretend to have less money.

In real life, some people who work also have fancy things and lots of money, while others don't. This is called the labor aristocracy. It means that some workers get paid more and have better working conditions than others, even if they do the same kind of work.

Sometimes, the people in the labor aristocracy might feel like they are better than the other workers because they have more money and nicer things. However, it's important to remember that all workers are important and deserve fair treatment and pay for their work, no matter what job they do or how much money they make.
