Labor mobility

Labor mobility is when people move from one job to another. For example, if someone works in retail but realizes they don't enjoy that job, they can use their labor mobility by looking for another job to do that they would enjoy more. Labor mobility enables people to move between different jobs easily so they can find the job that is best for them.
