Labor spies

Labor spies are people hired by companies to watch workers and make sure they are following the rules and regulations. They check things like whether workers are taking too long on breaks, stealing from the company, using company computers for personal things, or not following safety procedures. Sometimes labor spies even listen to private conversations between coworkers to see if anything bad is happening. It is like having a guard in a store watching to make sure customers don’t steal.
