ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

League for Industrial Democracy

The League for Industrial Democracy is a group of people who believe that workers should have more say in their workplaces and that everyone should have a fair chance to participate in our economy. Just like how each of us has a say in what we do with our toys, workers should have a say in what happens at their jobs. The League is like a playground monitor, helping to make sure everyone plays fair and works together well. They help people learn about why workers should have more of a voice and how they can make that happen in their own workplaces.
