League for Programming Freedom

The League for Programming Freedom is a group of people who want to protect the freedom of computer users. They believe that computer users should be able to freely use, change, and share software, without restrictions or fear of being sued. The group was formed in 1989, and since then they have been fighting for software freedom in multiple ways. They organize events, lobby governments, and develop free software projects to help promote their cause. They hope that by making software open, everyone can benefit from it, regardless of their financial situation.
