League of Nations

The League of Nations was an organisation set up after World War One to try and keep peace in the world. It brought together countries from all over the world to discuss their differences, and find solutions in a peaceful way. It also tried to help stop wars from happening by making sure all countries followed rules, so they didn't hurt each other. Unfortunately, the League of Nations couldn't stop World War Two from happening, so it closed down.
