Lean software development

Lean software development is a way of creating software that uses fewer resources (like the time it takes to develop the software and the materials it is made from) and gives the customer more value. It focuses on making sure the customer is happy by using tools like feedback from users. The aim is to make the software development process faster and more efficient. By cutting out unnecessary steps, developers can make the software in less time, reducing development costs. They also make sure to cut out anything that doesn't benefit the customer, saving money and time.
