Leveling mechanism

A leveling mechanism is something that adjusts the playing field so everyone has a fair chance. For example, when someone plays a game, they might have different levels of skill or experience, and the leveling mechanism helps even out the difference. For example, someone who has been playing a game for a long time might be more advanced than someone who has just started playing. The leveling mechanism can adjust the game to give the newer player a chance to catch up.
