Lexical functional grammar

Lexical Functional Grammar (LFG) is a way of describing and understanding the structure, or grammar, of a language. It looks at how words are arranged in sentences and how they are used to express meaning. LFG looks at the entire sentence as a linguistics unit instead of breaking it up into individual parts. It also looks at how words interact with each other to change their meaning.

LFG is like an invisible set of rules, which tells us how to use a language. It helps us understand how words fit together and how sentences are formed. By understanding how words fit together, we can better understand how to communicate.
