Liberal autocracy

Liberal autocracy is a form of government where the leader has a lot of power but also respects people's rights and freedoms. For example, the leader might be able to make laws and decisions, but everyone would still have the freedom to speak their mind and have their own beliefs. The leader also has to obey the law, so everyone is treated as equals.
