Enlightened absolutism

Enlightened Absolutism is when an absolute ruler (the kind of ruler who has all the power and makes all the decisions) uses their power to make things better for their people, like making sure everyone has access to an education, or improving the public health system. It's like when a parent makes sure their child gets the best food, clothing, and education that their money can buy.
