Libertarian Republicans are Republicans who believe in small government and personal privacy. They think that the government should only do things that are necessary to protect the people and serve their rights, and should stay out of things like economy or policy that can be better handled by individuals. This means they're less likely to support taxes or government programs that could limit personal freedoms. They also tend to be more socially accepting or open to new ideas.
