Limiting density of discrete points

Limiting density of discrete points means not having too many points in one place. Imagine you have a bunch of really tiny dots on a piece of paper. You can only have a certain amount of them in one place if you want the dots to stay spread out. That's limiting the density of the points - making sure the dots don't get too close together.
