Lincoln Beachey
Lincoln Beachey was a really cool guy who did some amazing things in the early 1900s. He was like a superhero who flew planes and did tricks that made people go "Wow, that's so awesome!"
Back then, planes weren't like the ones we have today. They were really basic and kind of dangerous. But Lincoln loved to fly and he was really good at it. He started doing stunts like loops and rolls in the sky, which was something that no one had ever seen before.
People would come from all over just to watch Lincoln do his amazing tricks. He would fly really fast and do crazy things like flying upside-down or spiraling around in the sky. It was like watching a magic show, but with planes instead of magic tricks.
Lincoln was so good at flying that he started winning awards and breaking records. He even set a record for flying higher than anyone else at the time.
But just like in all superhero stories, there was a villain who tried to bring him down. In Lincoln's case, it was a faulty plane that crashed during one of his stunts. Sadly, Lincoln didn't survive the crash.
But even though he was gone, Lincoln inspired lots of other people to become pilots and do their own amazing tricks in the sky. Today, we still remember Lincoln Beachey as one of the greatest pilots of all time.
