ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Linux namespaces

Linux namespaces are a way for Linux to create separate spaces for your computer. It's like having many computers inside one computer. Each of these separate spaces can have their own set of users, files, processes, and other settings. This means that if you are in one space, you can't see what's in another space. This is helpful because it helps keep things organized and helps keep programs and settings separate from each other.
