Literature circle

A literature circle is like a special book club. When you go to a book club, everyone reads the same book and talks about it. In a literature circle, people can choose different books and then get together to talk about what they liked or didn't like about the book.

When you are in a literature circle, you might have a special job like being the "Discussion Director", where you get to ask questions about the book to make everyone think. Or you might be the "Word Wizard", where you look up hard words that you don't know and try to figure them out with your friends.

The best part about a literature circle is that you get to share your ideas and thoughts about a book with your friends. You might even learn something new about a book or your friend while you're talking about the different parts of the story.
