ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Living Constitution

A living constitution is like a map for how a country should run. Instead of being set in stone, it changes over time to meet the needs of the people. This is done through the process of the government making new laws and adding them to the constitution. This allows the country laws to adjust to the changing values, needs, and beliefs of its citizens. Without this, the laws would remain very old and out of date.
