Local community

Okay kiddo, today we're going to learn about our community. Your community is made up of the people who live close to you, like your neighbors, and the places that you go to often, like your school, park, and stores.

Your community is like a big family who looks after each other. When someone in the community needs help, they can ask their neighbors for assistance. And we do nice things like say hello to our neighbors when we see them and help keep our streets clean by not littering.

You and your family are part of the community too! And the best part is that you get to be an important part by helping others and making sure that our community stays happy and healthy.
