Location intelligence is when a computer looks at different pieces of data that are associated with location, such as maps, addresses and points of interest, to help us understand where things are, and to help us make decisions. It can help us find the most efficient way to get from one place to another, or to figure out what areas of a city have the most crime, or to discover which businesses are the closest to a particular address. Location intelligence can also help us understand more about how different places are connected and how people move around.
