Logocracy

Logocracy is a type of government (a way of making decisions) where decisions are made based on written laws instead of the opinions or wishes of leaders or other people. In a logocracy, laws are written down and everyone in the country follows them, so that everyone is treated the same way. This means that people who have different opinions or feelings about something cannot change the laws in their favor. Instead, everyone is treated the same, regardless of how they feel.
