Louis Delaporte
Louis Delaporte was a man who lived many years ago - before you were even born! He was from France, which is a country far away across the big blue ocean.
Now, Louis was very interested in exploring and discovering new things. He loved visiting different places and learning all about them. One of the places he traveled to was a country called Cambodia. This country is also very far away from where we live!
When Louis Delaporte was in Cambodia, he saw many cool things that he had never seen before. He saw giant temples that were built a very long time ago. These temples had beautiful designs and carvings on them that were very hard to make and very pretty to look at.
