Mach's principle

Mach's principle is the idea that the way things move in the Universe depends on how all the other things in the Universe are moving. It means that everything in the Universe influences everything else. For example, if a planet is spinning, it will feel the effects of everything else in the Universe spinning too. This is known as Mach's Principle.
