Magic and mythology

Ok, kiddo! So, you know how in some stories there are things that seem really amazing and impossible, like people flying or turning invisible? That's called "magic".

And you know how in some other stories there are creatures that are not real, like dragons or unicorns? Those are "mythical" creatures.

Some people believe in magic and mythology in real life too, and they might do things like cast spells or worship gods and goddesses who aren't part of any known religion. It's kind of like having your own secret world that you can visit anytime you want!

But some grown-ups don't believe in magic and mythology, and they think it's just made-up stuff for fun. That's okay too! It's up to you to decide what you believe in.
