Malignant narcissism

Malignant narcissism is a type of narcissism (believing oneself to be better than other people) that is very extreme. People with this type of narcissism are usually very controlling, mean, and hurtful. They may tell lies to hurt other people or use manipulation to get what they want. They also may be very selfish and only care about themselves. They usually don't think they can do anything wrong and don't care if they hurt other people in the process.
