Narcissistic leadership is when someone in a position of power puts their own needs and wants first, and doesn't think about how it affects other people. It's like when a parent gives special privileges or attention to one child, ignoring the others. It's bad for everyone involved because it can make the other people feel left out, angry, and unimportant.
