Charismatic leadership

Charismatic leadership is when a person who leads is seen as inspiring, exciting, and full of energy. This person can sometimes draw people in and make others want to follow them. It takes certain traits to be a charismatic leader like being confident, having a vision, being approachable, and having a positive attitude. Charismatic leaders often have a strong sense of what they're doing and are also good at inspiring passion in other people. They can help set goals and motivate others to work together to reach those goals.
