Mapping controversies

Mapping controversies are disagreements about what should be included in a map and how it should be represented. For example, some people might think a map should show features like a country's borders and cities, while others might think it should show things like population density and the size of each country. People also have different opinions about how a map should be labeled and what colors should be used. All of these disagreements can cause controversies when creating maps.
