Marah (Bible)

Marah is a place in the Bible where the Israelites, a group of people, were traveling through the wilderness. They were very thirsty and needed water to drink, but when they finally found water, it tasted very bitter and made them unhappy.

In the story, Moses, who was leading the Israelites, asked God for help. God told him to throw a special tree branch into the water, and when he did, the water became sweet and good to drink again.

This story is important because it shows that even when things seem difficult and bitter, God is always there to help and make things better. It also teaches us to trust in God and have faith that he will provide for us.
