Merger guidelines

Mergers are when two companies join together to become one. Merger guidelines are the rules and regulations that two companies have to follow when they decide to merge. Guidelines can include things like how the two companies will work together, how the new company should be run, who will be in charge, how the money will be divided, and how long the merger will last. Following the guidelines helps to keep everything organized and makes sure that both companies benefit from the merger.
